2015 > Ici ou Là-bas, peut-être Là-haut.

In this two-person exhibit at the TEN Gallery, I am pleased to introduce Acadian artist, Denise Comeau, from Comeauville, Nova Scotia. Her work, consisting of vast and wonderful watercolor skyscapes speckled with images of flocking blackbirds on paper, will be on display alongside my sediment adorned acrylic paintings featuring landscapes teeming with weird creatures. We paint what we know and together our works create a nice dialogue between the natural and the fantastical in seemingly familiar worlds to explore. There will be stories written in English and in French that accompany most of the paintings in this exhibition.
