This painting came about during the time I was playing the first Assassin's Creed game. I was also into listening to Bluegrass music, especially since my dad is a kickass banjo player. His band plays a cover from Flatt & Scruggs, called "Hot Corn, Cold Corn," which became part of the inspiration for the painting.
